Replica - Stock Suzuki RG500 Gamma Body Kit
What's in the Kit:

Everything that's depicted on this page with the exception of the "Anodised Aluminium Mesh Inserts" for the tail section. We will however include the Aluminium Mesh Inserts in their raw (un-anodised) state.

Construction:

  • White Gellcoat shell
  • Chopped strand fibreglass matt.
  • Inside panel areas finished with fibreglass tissue.
  • All stock mount's and mount points replicated.
  • The supplied product is ready to paint.
The bellypan is, by default, a 3 part unit consisting of two base parts and the "V" section. We can supply the bellypan as follows:

*  the default 3 part bellypan
*  a 2 part unit where the base portions are joined
*  a "true" one part unit with "V" section joined with the 2 base portions

What's Not included in the Kit: 

The body kit is complete as depicted on this page. We do NOT however, (as yet) include a "windshield" or "screen" with the kit. We do not have the equipment to manufacture screen's.

We can however offer screens for the RG500 made from UV resistant perspex in various shades. (Clear, Smoke, Bronze). 

At this moment, I'm negotiating with local screen manufactures to try and reduce the cost of the screen as well as develop a "Double Bubble" screen to suite the stock RG500 upper.

  Pre-Drill Options (no extra charge):

Cutout's, drilling and panel alignment can be time consuming and sometimes daunting. We offer the body kit ready for spray painting to your exact specifications be it with or without pre-drilled holes and cutouts.

  Options:

Tail

  Options:

A one piece "Solo" tail section as well as a "Solo Cowl" are on the cards. The "Solo Cowl" is used with the above pictured tail section, to form a "Solo" tail section.   The body kit includes raw (non-anodised) Aluminium Mesh inserts. Colour anodised inserts can be supplied as an option on request.    New "Aprilia" Upper Fairing Development:

We have almost completed an Aprilia RS250 upper fairing which is designed to mate with (exactly) the stock Suzuki RG500 Gamma fairing mid-section panels. 

The Aprilia upper can be supplied with or without the headlight cutout, as well as with or without the stock, 1999 RS250 Aprilia, headlight unit. The Aprilia upper will most likely require new mounting hardware. The Aprilia upper will be supplied complete with bracket and screen.

The Aprilia upper will give your RG500 a "New Era" look as well as offer better aerodynamics as compared to the stock RG500 upper.

Sea freight or Air Parcel Post (Air freight is just too expensive) with a delivery time of 3 - 5 weeks. Shipping costs will be displayed on this page as soon as I have all the pro's and con's.
